An inspirational quote will be shared before a fifteen-to-twenty-minute HU chant. The HU chant is easy and does not require prior experience. You are welcome to join in or simply listen to the beautiful sound.
Chanting is followed by a period of quiet contemplation—a time to connect with the highest part of yourself: divine love. Afterward you’re welcome to join in a spiritual conversation to explore your experiences or questions.
