What we’re about
We are a group of friends looking to expand our social circle. We wish to create a friendly social group with like minded people. We hope to organise a wide variety of activities and are looking for members to become involved and both share ideas and organise events. We would like to encourage everyone in and around the Bay and in the South Devon area to become involved by attending and/or organising our events.
In order to maintain the group on meetup we ask each member to pay £5 per year (1st July-30th June) after you have decided that our Meetup is for you. If you join the group after 31st December we ask that you pay £3 for the period to July). This would normally be your 2nd Meetup attendance. Please give your £5 to an event organiser. It isn't always easy/appropriate for the organiser to ask everyone so please volunteer the money. Alternatively, please pay by bank transfer or paypal (message David L for account details). We also request that members who bring guests pay £1 for each guest per event. Records are kept so you will never be chased for payment if you have already paid. None of the organisers make any money from this fee.
