Hopsylvania Stout Tasting & BTSC Collaboration Brew Release

As some of you already know, I've been brewing beer non-commercially for a bit over a year now under the Hopsylvania name, and one of my most recent projects was to brew some experimental stouts and condition them for several months to get the most intense flavours out! That being said, after 4-5 months of bottle conditioning in the cellar I now have 3 tasty stouts ready to share with you guys and galls! So let's get together Thursday, May 3'rd at Die Bierothek® München where you will be able to try out:

• Tender Surrender (Bourbon Milk Stout)
• Darkest Days (Imperial Mocha Stout)
• Dazed & Confused (Bourbon Chocolate Coffee Stout)

If the names strike you as weird it's because my beers are in fact named after songs from bands that have inspired me throughout my life. You can find out more about each beer, such as packaging, artwork and recipe at www.hopsylvania.beer

And as if this wasn't enough, we're also gonna be celebrating the BTSC's 100'th meetup with that New England IPA that we brewed together as a collaboration in March! Since Richard was kind enough to host us at Die Bierothek®, rest assured that we will not be running out of good beers to drink, you know he has the good stuff!
