Pain Sucks!! Let CUPPING Suck Away Your Pain Workshop

Transformations Wellness

$20.00

Hands-On Workshop with D.J. Ross, Kinesiologist and Applied Exercise Physiologist, Massage Therapist Instructor, Reiki Master/Teacher, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Instructor Where: Transformations, 8871 W. Flamingo Rd, Ste 102 When: Saturday, Oct. 19th, 3-5pm Cost: $20 prepaid; $25 at the door Cupping is an ancient form of healing tracing back to China, Egypt and various Middle Eastern Civilizations. It came to the forefront of alternative healing during the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China by the USA swim team. From the time we first started to move, we started to injure ourselves in one way or another. When we started to crawl or walk, we bumped into a table, a chair, a wall, an object or just making contact with the floor. Tissue got weakened, bruised or damaged. If we worked, worked out or did any type of movement, we would injure or tear down our tissue. Our body would form adhesions or sort of gluing the damaged or weakened tissue to the healthy tissue next to it, to protect it. After it’s healed, our bodies are supposed to reabsorb the adhesions. Then the healed and healthy tissue would work independently of each other, like it originally did. Unfortunately, that doesn’t always happen. Cupping breaks up the adhesions in ligaments, tendons and muscles. It also stimulates the circulatory, the lymphatic, the immune, the nervous and digestive systems For more information and to RSVP, contact Ross:[masked]
