AWS IVS Demo; Terraform and Cloudformation: compare and contrast w/ Brian Tarbox

Tonight's session will open with a brief demo of AWS's Interactive Video Service by Jenn Lee. Then, community Hero Brian Tarbox will present a compare and contrast of CloudFormation and Terraform. Both are technologies for automating the deployment of cloud resources. CloudFormation is for pure AWS deployments while Terraform can deploy resources from multiple providers.

Proponents of each technology tend to be passionate about their choice so this talk will provide a fair comparison to help you make an informed choice.

As is typical with our virtual meetings, we'll start the social part of the meeting at 5:30 and then have the presentation start around 5:50.
