Abstract:In this talk, I'm going to discuss how I turned my curiosity into a lucrative infosec career. I'm going to share tips and tricks that I have learned along the way. Topics explored: the importance of using social media as a networking tool, creating an online portfolio of work, and jumping into public speaking. By the end of this talk, the participant will have a starting point on how to turn their curiosity into a lucrative infosec career.

Abstract: Tyrone will discuss how you can use open-source tools to provide a better understanding of the IPv6 Protocol. He will also demonstrate how to perform network enumeration and attacks over IPv6.
Speaker Bio: Mr. Tyrone E. Wilson is a passionate information security professional with 24 years of experience in information technology and has a mission to improve as many lives as possible through education in cybersecurity. Wilson also has extensive knowledge in computer network defense, vulnerability assessments, cyber threat analysis and incident response.
