Brightoneers Summer Fair

Dave Boyle suggested that we organise a summer fair to showcase the businesses in the city that are living the Brightoneers vision for a pioneering new local economy. I can imagine this being somewhere like New Road or Jubilee Square on a summer's day, with various businesses selling food & drink (e.g. would Infinity Foods?) and others exhibiting or doing something fun - for example might Magpie Recycling be up for doing some kind of art thing using recycled materials that kids could get involved in? An event like this could be a powerful way to show residents of the city that there's a common theme to a whole bunch of local businesses that previously they might never have thought of being connected. It would also promote the brands of these great local businesses and hopefully encourage more businesses and people to get involved. Anyone up for getting involved in making this happen or have any ideas about it?
