The CRM Club was launched to provide an opportunity for CRM professionals, in London to network and discuss ideas about CRM technologies, Consumer touch points and much more. CRM is one of the biggest growing skill sets in tech/digital, and I think it is about time there was an opportunity to discuss this growth and the challenges faced with similar like minded people.
Events will include guest speakers around changing trends within CRM, from new technologies, new media channels and data and how these all affect the delivery of a full bodied customer engagement strategy.
