Qigong is Mindfulness and Body Wellness Practice, integrating:

* Movement - gentle stretching with Tai Chi moves.
* Posture - Balance, Strengthen Bones and Muscles.
* Breathing - Improve circulation, Heart and Lungs functions.
* Awareness in Moving Meditation/ Visualization, increase mental focus.
* Self-applied massage.
Qigong exercise is Chinese Preventive Medicine, Conscious form of exercise. With regular practice will help Prevention of illness, reducing stress, managing chronic conditions, increasing longevity and promoting healthy lifestyle.
