Sing HU with us in person! HU is one of the most sacred mantras in the world and a prayer of the highest sort.

Singing HU can calm your mind, inspire a sense of peace, and bring new insights. Many people feel that singing HU with a group helps them to set aside the chatter of the mind and more fully immerse themselves in the spiritual experiences that this contemplation can provide. Some feel a vortex of spiritual energy that allows them to emerge refreshed.

Throughout the ages, followers of many spiritual traditions have used prayer, the chanting of holy words, and meditation to bring themselves closer to God. In the same way, those who have discovered HU, an ancient name for God, sing it for their spiritual upliftment.

You can sing HU to bring more Divine Love into your life, regardless of your beliefs or faith. This simple contemplation can also bring you an experience with the Light and Sound of God, a direct communication from Spirit that can transform and uplift your consciousness.

When you sing HU and sit in quiet contemplation, the Light may appear as brightness or colors on your inner visual screen. The Sound may be musical or the sounds of nature, such as the wind or the ocean.

We will use this recording to guide our group contemplation, followed by a few minutes of silent contemplation, and then about a half-hour of spiritual conversation.

Advanced Spiritual Study

The ECK teachings place you on an advanced track back home to God. Experiencing the Light and Sound of God gives you the momentum to start working off all the karma that has held you back from spiritual freedom and true happiness.

Advanced spiritual study means you have the opportunity to link up with the inner guide in Eckankar called the Mahanta. You study one chapter per month in a series of discourses written by ECK Master Harold Klemp, who serves as both the inner and outer guide in Eckankar.

Attending a discourse class (called a 'satsang') is a chance for you to share your experiences with soul travel, dreams, past lives, and the Spiritual Exercises of ECK. You can also discuss inner guidance from the Mahanta and the spiritual lessons you are learning from everyday life. Bring your questions and learn ways to gain your own answers. You can also study by yourself at home, if you prefer.

Advanced study can make a big difference in your life. Membership is by open donation, a policy of giving what you can.
