Welcome to the CHCH Game Dev Meetup with news from around New Zealand.

6:30 PM - A Game Dev Rollercoaster: the ups and downs of success, failure and luck.
Niamh Fitzgerald from Little Lost Fox, creators of Valleys Between

In this talk, Niamh will take you on a rollercoaster ride through her game development journey, looking at how success and failure can lead to new opportunities and how luck can be more than just a roll of the dice.

Niamh is currently a producer/game designer at Wellington based studio Little Lost Fox, currently working on the mobile title Valleys Between.
Niamh is also on the New Zealand Game Developer Association board where she organised many of the community events such as the Armageddon Booths in Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland as well as the PAX Aus booth. She was a lead organiser for the NZ Game Developers Conference in 2017, the Play by Play workshops this year, and is taking lead again for NZGDC 2018!
