The Code Pub - UX - Design Thinking Workshop

Hello Code Pub ladies,

calling all Women who are curious about Design Thinking and UX!

Creating a great product that works and not only looks good requires meeting people’s needs and desires rather than only meeting the needs of the business. Consequently, the product needs to be usable and fulfil the user’s problem.
You now have the opportunity to meet Kim, an experienced UX designer from Netlight, who will give you an introduction to the Design Thinking method.
During this code pub we will get our hands dirty and probe into how we can create different solutions for a user-centered issue. We will go through all 6 steps of the method, present the results of a user test, define a problem, and then we will let you create a creative solution! Eventually we will present the work to each other.
It will be a fun and creative workshop! Please note that you do NOT need your laptop neither is it a requirement that you have any prior experience within the field; an open mind is all we ask!

Afterwards you will be able to understand what design thinking is, and hopefully apply it in your own role.

As always, the event is hosted by Netlight and we are happy to once again open our doors to our office in the heart of Copenhagen.
