What we're about

We're a secular organisation committed to exploring and sharing contemplative practice in a way that anyone of any religious identity -or none- can find value in.

We wish to open up a space for people to gather in the spirit of practice.

By sitting together we're able to support one another in our practice and foster a deeper sense of community and connectedness.

We hope you will join us.

--

This is a group for anyone who has attended our events and would like to continue their meditation practice with a like-minded group of committed practitioners. And even if you haven't been to any of our events you're welcome to come along.

This year we will be gathering twice weekly.

Sunday evenings and Wednesday evenings.
