Save the Date: 19 August 2025 @ Dixa! Join us for an afternoon of connecting with Scala aficionados in Copenhagen! We're excited to bring together local Scala enthusiasts, from seasoned developers to those thinking of starting and exploring the language.
Participate: At the event, there are several ways to participate
- randomly talk to someone, or join a discussion
- attend the talks
- ask questions
- connect with the organizers, share ideas
- match-making
Don't worry if you cannot make the whole program! If your schedule is tight and you can only join for one part (e.g. the talks or just networking), feel welcome to do so.
Program: The core program comprises of two engaging technical talks. This time we have Haoyi Li in town (of Mill, Ammonite, uPickle, and Hands-On Scala Book fame!), and he is excited to share and give a talk.

You can indicate your participation to match-making in the RSVP. At 18:10, we will announce the groups of people that got matched and they can retreat together while enjoying a pizza. Example match-making goals could be: finding a Scala job, offering a Scala job, meeting industry practitioners, beginners looking for advice, offering advice, career advice, networking, looking for collaborators for side project, looking for internships, offering internships.
