Historic Greenwich and Maritime Museum Summer Treasure Hunt

Our next hunt will be an indoors/outdoors one, hedging our bets for a late July weekend. We'll take in an area based around the Maritime Museum, the wonderful Cutty Sark, the market, and an area of historic Greenwich in one hunt - it's quite a small area actually, so don't expect too much walking. If the weather's good, it doesn't get much nicer than being by the Thames on a sunny Saturday too.

Meeting at 2.30pm by the entrance to the tunnel under the Thames (round building by the Cutty Sark), everyone will be allocated to groups of up to 5 people (or you can make your own groups). You will be given a challenging and rewarding list of clues, riddles and prompts to work out and follow that will help you get the best out of this superb area.

As usual, it's all free, though the museum would probably appreciate a donation, and if anyone wants to contribute to the meetup group organiser subscription fee (approx £120/year), I won't fight you :-)

After the hunt (5.30pm), we will rendezvous at a nearby pub for everyone to have a post-hunt drink and a natter. The answers and winning group will be announced there at around 6pm. The winning group has their photo attached to the next meetup announcement like THIS...
