目的/Meetup Purpose:
英語を勉強したい日本人の方、また日本語を勉強したい方のミートアップです。レベルを問わず、お互いに向上していきましょう。時々、飲みミートアップにもなります。
This group is designed to help learners of Japanese, and Japanese learners of English to meet, converse, and improve their language skills. Regardless of your language level, we are here to help you!

テーマ/Themed Thursdays:
To help motivate us in our studies, we are implementing a theme to each week. (Our group is large, so there will be two tables every week: one for casual chatting and the other which will adhere to the themed Thursdays. Feel free to sit at the table that matches your preferences).

Based on the calendar:
-1st Thursday of the month: 教科書で勉強/Textbook studies - bring your study material and together we will review new grammar, vocabulary, and any questions you may have.
-2nd Thursday: ゲームで会話練習/Conversation practice through games! We will play various games that help with speaking and listening practice.
-3rd Thursday: 読解・聴解/Reading and listening comprehension. We will bring in a variety of reading material to read together outloud.
-4th Thursday: しゃべる/Casual conversation (there is always a table of casual chatting each week, but this week will be both tables chatting in English and Japanese)
-(Sometimes) 5th Thursday: 何でもいい/Free day
