In addition, the information presented needs to be user friendly and aligned with their specific needs.

In this presentation, Cynthia Tang and Angela Wang, Experience Designers at Sitback Solutions, will introduce you to key tools and activities that Sitback has employed to take a user-first approach to design BI Dashboards; starting from the top down instead of being led by the software itself.
