As a psychologist who helps people make real changes, Isabelle will be giving a short talk at 7pm to help direct you to make meaningful and value-led changes.
There will be the chance to take part in some fun art therapy for your 2020 relationship goals ... Draw a cartoon of your worst date, write a haiku about your ideal relationship, write a script for how your last argument with your mother could have gone better, create a mind map to explore how it feels to be your teenage son, turn a work conflict into a dance, and more!
We expect new people for you to meet and hopefully share in this journey.
