My name is Tuesday and I have just returned from India after completing my 200 hours yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Flow. I have been studying yoga for 4 years now and developing my practice, I have background in Hatha, Vinyasa and yoga Nidra.
My love and passion for yoga has grown the more I delve into it and not only does it have amazing benefits for the body but also your mind.
I will be holding a beginners Vinyasa Flow class, this class will be for people who have never done yoga and people that have tried it and would like to progress further with it.
I am going to teach some amazing pranayama breathing techniques to help with stress, anxiety and concentration and also some lovely gentle flow which will focus on back issues, flexibility and balance. I will also be add some beautiful yoga nidra meditation at the end of the class. You're going to feel awesome afterwards ...TRUST ME :)
