I have been going to the Table of Life raw food meetups for some time (I live in Oakland), not realizing that there was such an active group in the East Bay. I met Darcy through Heather's classes and that's how I found out about this group...

Ok, here is the recipe for the sweet nut butter dressing (that was near the spinach in an odd container with a black top): 4.75 oz raw nut butter (any kind--I used Sesame Tahini this time) .5 oz soy (I use Coconut Aminos instead--I discovered these at Rainbow--Raw, healthy, and tastes like soy!) 1.5 oz sweetener (you can use a combination of liquid or granular sweetners such as agave, honey, syrup, raw sugar, xylitol, or stevia in a lesser quantity if you like the taste--I only added a small amount of stevia to this recipe and used mostly xylitol with a little agave) 3.75 oz water Combine and refrigerate. Goes great with Spinach or mixed greens or works as a veggie dip.
