Joyce Tanner gave me a bit more information about their family:

Brian Tanner- is a Raw Food Athlete and Certified Raw Food
Chef- his diet consists of greens, vegetables, fruit, sprouts,
nuts and seeds. This diet has given him so much endurance he
has decided to bike long distances. He will be bicycling part
of the midwest to bring the message of health, many trips will
be 200-350 miles at a time. The raw food diet not only healed
him, but also his wife and son (now 4 yrs. old). Brian has
dealt with health issues off and on over the past several
years, has had trouble with digestive system and food
absorbtion as well as vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
Although his build is small he has a vast amount of strength
(all muscle) and unlimited endurance. He is passionate about
getting the word out to help those suffering with disease as
well as those who just want to increase their energy and
performance. Brian is 35 yrs. old a native of Sioux Falls, SD
and for the past 7 yrs. has lived in Oklahoma. In Tulsa, OK he
learned more about the living/raw food diet which has helped
him with his health issues. He enjoys gourmet raw food yet his
preferance is green smoothies. He is an enthusiastic and
encouraging speaker using stories to get his message of health
to others.

Joyce Tanner-(Brian's wife) Raw foodist- is a survivor of colon
cancer- using the raw food diet, juicing and colonics her
disease was healed. She is an RN (currently stay at home mom
and educator of raw food and health), Certified Raw Food Chef,
Certified Reflexology Therapist, and Colon Therapist. She has
experience in helping and educating others about raw food,
colon cleansing and detoxification of the body. Her passion is
to educate others on the effects of food in relation to family
conflicts, communication as well as disease prevention. She has
experience as a hospice nurse working with many cancer
patients, yet has set her career down to be with her family and
educate on living foods and health. Her motivation is to focus
on health (not disease) and to aid in healing the family and
communication, as diet does affect our behaviors. She also has
experience working with delinquent children and teens and has
discovered that diet change brings about major behavior changes
for the better. She incorporates the whole family in the
journey of living foods to make for a fun and easy transition.
She uses easy, healthy and tastey recipes that others enjoy.

The fee for the venue has been waived and the Tanners are asking for our donations to help them get to the next event.
