Dear All,
I thought I would write with some updates from the EDPMG.
First, thanks to Gregor Cameron, you can follow us on Twitter @EDPMG. We will try to keep you up to date with local events and any useful tips.
From the beginning of December we will introduce a 50p charge at each Meetup (excluding socials which take us only to the pub). This is so that we can pay Meetup fees for the running of the site and we will look into purchasing some small pieces of equipment for people to try if we have money left over.
There are a couple of Christmas themed meetups taking place soon. Keep your suggestions coming for other meetups and as long as there is enough notice we will try to schedule something.
We are interested in recruiting more organisers to organise and host, so if you are interested, please let me know.
