The Undaunted Man is a results-oriented community of men who we support in getting equipped to follow their inner voice/deepest knowing, and not get easily seduced by trends that may take them out of integrity with themselves and their loved ones.
Our experience is that this mission is best realized in strong, committed community.

Hello, my name is Michael Hatjiyannis. I’m a new dad wanting to let you know about incredible support that’s available through this men’s group.
I joined this group about 6 years ago. I was feeling pretty apathetic, stuck in my career and not ready for kids. I had a lot of buddies but few authentic relationships and no true support. The men in this group have provided the authenticity that I needed and was looking for. They gave me a clear reflection of where I was at, helped me identify where I wanted to go, and helped me get there.
As a result my passion for life has been re-ignited. I have taken a new job that challenges me in the right ways, my wife and I are more connected than we’ve been in years and I love being a father. I’ve now taken on a leadership role in the group and am honored to support other men to get where they want to go, too.
As a dad to a six year old son and three-year-old daughter, I see the importance of being a healthy, strong man for my kids—not just physically but also emotionally and spiritually. I am supported in finding balance in all the important elements of my life.

The Undaunted Man started in Erie 14 years ago and grew to the point that we needed to add additional meetings in the surrounding cities. We strive to keep group size between 8 and 10 including the leaders so that each man can get the friendship, support, advice, and feedback he needs to derive maximum value from his investment of time and membership in the community.
The Undaunted Man is a nonprofit with the singular mission of helping men to become the best possible version of themselves. Join us for a meeting and see if it's a fit for you.
