Discover Central Italy - BYO wine dinner @ Cafe Roma

Join the Fairfield County Wine Meetup for an exclusive wine dinner at Cafe Roma in downtown Bridgeport. Come out and discover wines from the regions of central Italy. We will share laughs and good conversation over a custom 3-course menu in the private upstairs dining room. Cafe Roma is one of my new favorite spots in Fairfield County. The food is delicious and fresh and the space is comfortable and welcoming.

Seating is limited to 20 guests so be sure to RSVP early. Please send your $ via PayPal no later than Monday, April 16 to guarantee your reservation. (It really makes my life so much easier!) A full refund will be granted if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the event.

This event begins at 7:30pm. We will be seated by 8pm for our first course. Please plan on arriving promptly. Thank you!!

About our BYO theme:
Along with beautiful cities like Florence and Rome, central Italy is home to several wine producing regions: Tuscany, Marches, Umbria, Latium and Abruzzo. Perhaps you have heard of reds like Montepulciano or Sangiovese or whites like Orvieto, Trebbiano or Vernaccia. There are so many varietals to discover so you might want to seek out a recommendation from your favorite local wine merchant. I will admit that Italy is my weakness in terms of my wine knowledge so please join me as we share some delicious food and discover the fabulous wines of central Italy!

Please remember, the focus for this event is on central Italy. We will focus on northern and southern Italy at future events.
