The destinations
Calella de Palafrugell maintains the charm of a small town with white houses and turquoise waters. Platja d'Aro presents a landscape with modern buildings, restaurants and wide beaches to enjoy the sun.

IT INCLUDES
- Round trip by private bus: Barcelona, Calella de Palafrugell and Platja d'Aro
- Guided tour in a group with a private guide
- Beach games (volleyball, beach tennis, frisbee)

€40 (until July 22)
€50 (for subsequent payments)
*Keep in mind that spots are limited

SCHEDULE
Meeting time: 9am
Departure: 9:30am
Arrival in Calella: 11:15 am (Guided tour + free time)
Bus to Platja d'Aro: 3pm
Arrival at Platja d'Aro: 3:30 pm (Go to the beach with the group or take a walk around the town)
Return to Barcelona: 6:30 pm
Arrival in Barcelona: 8:00 pm

PLACE
Departure from Sants Estació - We will send the location of the exact meeting point by Whatsapp, once the payment is received.
*Send us your phone number when booking.

PAY
1. In cash during the previous language exchanges (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday), to Aina, the organizer.
2. Through a bank transfer, Bizum, Revolut or Wise: send an email to info@speakquick.es to obtain the payment details.
*Must take place no later than Thursday 27th.

Health insurance
To travel with us you will need to have private health insurance or a valid health card for the public health system in Spain. You will sign a consent on the day of the trip. Remember to bring some identification (DNI, NIE, Passport)

Money Back
We can refund your money up to a week before the trip in case of cancellation (July 22nd)
NO SHOWS and LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS: No refunds will be made regardless of reason

Autobús a Platja d'Aro: 15h
Llegada a Platja d'Aro: 15:30h (Ve a la playa con el grupo o a pasear por el pueblo)
Regreso a Barcelona: 18:30h
Llegada a Barcelona: 20h

LUGAR
Salida desde Sants Estació - Mandaremos la ubicación del punto de encuentro exacto por Whatsapp, una vez recibido el pago.
*Mándanos tu número de teléfono al reservar.

PAGO
1. En efectivo durante los intercambios de idiomas previos (miércoles, jueves o viernes), a Aina, la organizadora.
2. A través de una transferencia bancaria, Bizum, Revolut o Wise: envía un correo electrónico a info@speakquick.es para obtener los detalles para el pago.
*Debe realizarse como máximo el jueves 27.

Seguro médico
Para viajar con nosotros necesitarás tener un seguro médico privado o bien una tarjeta sanitaria válida para el sistema de salud público de España. Firmarás un consentimiento el día del viaje. Recuerda llevar alguna identificación (DNI, NIE, Pasaporte)

Devolución del dinero
Podemos devolver tu dinero hasta una semana antes del viaje en caso de cancelación (22 de julio)
NO PRESENTARSE y CANCELACIONES DE ÚLTIMA HORA: No se harán reembolsos sin importar el motivo
