Energy is all around us but we are so busy that we often don't even notice it. By finding a sacred space and putting aside some time we can begin to notice it, tap into it.
Connecting with the Angelic Realm is a wonderful way to begin experiencing a powerful energy.
This can then be used to gain insight and intuition, healing and much much more.
Our monthly 'Angel Meditation' class, held on a Tuesday morning and evening in our dedicated Angel room offers you the opportunity to connect with the power, spirit and healing energy of a different Angel each month.
Includes refreshments. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Our entrance is at the front of the building, the door on the righthand side.
There are a number of on site parking visitors spaces (please do not park in any of the company spaces) and a council pay and display car park at the rear of the building.
Benefits: One very powerful and positive benefit of practicing Angel Meditation is the deep sense of wellbeing it gives you. It is the knowledge that you are an essential part of the Universe and the sacred cycles of life that connects you with a powerful healing energy.
We are all spiritual beings residing in a physical body but with most of us spending our time focusing on the physical we often lose our connection to our spiritual self. Connecting with Angel energy through meditation enables us to link to our spiritual self. We are then able to connect with and heal our higher self, innermost emotions and creativity, ultimately reaching our true potential and advancing our spiritual development.
Duration: Our 'Angel Meditation' class is held monthly, on a Tuesday morning and evening, throughout the year apart from on public holidays.
Registration: Attendees must register in advance online and arrive promptly.
None Attendance: Whenever possible please inform The Full Spectrum Centre if you are no longer able to attend.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds if an attendee decides not to attend. If a personal crisis interrupts attendance the attendee can consult The Full Spectrum Centre Limited about applying the fee paid to future classes.
CLASSROOM ETIQUETTE
Before Class: Prepare for your class by quieting the mind with focused concentration.
After Class: In consideration for the next group using the space, please leave the classroom as quickly as possible.
Latecomers: Latecomers will be given 10 minutes grace before entry will be refused.
Asking Questions: Questions relating to the attendees physical, emotional and spiritual development are always welcomed and encouraged. Although due to the needs and preferences of other attendee, it may not always be possible to address a question in depth or at length. Private sessions with The Full Spectrum Centre Limited can be arranged for a fixed fee.
