NLP-driven virtual agents are increasingly popular among IT organizations as a way to reduce call volume and improve self-service adoption. Internationalizing them to support the requester's native language is a hard technical problem. In this session, we'll demonstrate how to solve it in an hour.

Join us for a special event where we'll develop a multi-lingual chatbot integrated with Neva and ServiceNow that resets passwords and automates the resolution of other routine IT tasks using natural language processing.

Bot aficionado Ashish Kumar will lead the session. It will be technical but we'll start with an overview of the enterprise bot landscape and how/why chatbots are being used to improve the employee experience.
