Spring Mill Café is hosting its first gourmet, vegan dinner event this coming November 15th in its "Future of Food" series!
The dinner will be a five-course, plant-based menu with classical French dishes.
The guests will partake in a dynamic dialogue surrounding the future of food, with host Jonathan Keane, and Spring Mill Café owner, Ezra Haines. A Q&A will be held at the conclusion of dinner.
This event will be a great MeetUp for those in the Philadelphia community interested in trying this new wave of plant-based food, without compromising on quality or taste.
The Spring Mill Café has been serving French country fare since 1978. Springmill is a BYO that serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. The historic property features the original Spring Mill general store, and the picturesque converted farmhouse. When the weather is nice, guests are invited to dine outdoors adjacent the gardens, either on the patio or on one of the porches.
Jonathan Keane's aim is to help people transition from an animal-based living to a plant-based lifestyle. As an entrepreneur involved in the vertical farming industry, his new social media channels and podcast are platforms to help educate people on the future of food and our impact on the environment.
