How to Run a Front-end Engineering Team

Details
Web development has changed a lot in recent years and technologies and design methodologies are constantly evolving. Front-end developers are expected to have an increasing number of skills—gone are the days when teams could have separate HTML, CSS and JavaScript developers. Building web applications is a very difficult and highly collaborative task.
For this Meetup, we will be bringing in leaders and experts from the community to provide insight into what has and has not worked well in their teams. Developers and managers will both learn how to work together to build amazing web applications, and hopefully we will get a glimpse into how the best practices are evolving in the industry.
