Life is a journey - sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. I have had my share of both and I want to help create more good stuff. The Happiness Club is about increasing the positive happy times and finding ways to handle the bad stuff. It's an opportunity to meet new friends, learn new things, share experiences and create a more positive happy life.

The Happiness Club meets each month where you can enjoy a time to unwind and chat.  Kim Macleod from Stress the Positive will deliver a Happiness Workshop designed to help you improve your happiness levels. Each month we will explore some new interesting ideas from the world of positive psychology, NLP, spirituality and alternative therapies. You will get to try out practical exercises, share what works for you, and create happiness challenges for yourself in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.

No previous knowledge is needed, just an open mind and a wish for a happier life. If you enjoy learning new things, feeling good and sharing in some positive energy then this is the club for you. If you want to find a way out of depression, reduce your stress levels, let go of worry and anxiety then this is the place for you. If you are looking for inspiration and motivation without the perspiration then give the Happiness Club a try. Come along and spend a few hours each month in the company of people who want to increase their happiness. Happiness is catching so will you join us?
