HS Farmers Market 5th Annual Chili Cook Off @ 10:30AM

Ever had rattlesnake sausage chili? How about chili made with so many jalapenos that the cup falls apart from the heat? The Holly Springs Farmers Market Chili Cook Off usually has 10-16 booths with chili to try, and yes, one year there was some chili with rattlesnake in it. (I just made up the jalapeno chili, though. Although...how cool would that be if it was true???)

Let's meet at the information booth to get our scorecards, then wander around together judging each batch of chili. I've gone each of the last four years and I've had a great time every year.
