Monday Runday on the Katy Trail
Every Monday night we will meet at the entrance by the Katy Trail Icehouse. There is a red train called The Katy that is near where we will be meeting. We normally pick a direction on the trail to run and will pair up to run. This run includes all different levels, from people who run/walk to people who run at a 7-8 min pace. Most of the members run anywhere between 2-5 miles. Afterwards we will grab drinks and food at the Icehouse or another local bar if the Icehouse is too busy. Parking can be found on some of the side streets or you can valet at the Icehouse. We look forward to seeing you there!

What we're about

This a group for anyone interested in running and making new friends. We have a few set meet-ups during the week at the Katy Trail and White Rock Lake and will normally grab some food and drinks after we run. On the weekends, we like to hit up trails around the city such as Cedar Ridge Preserve, Arbor Hills, Oak Point, and others.

The name Jog Blog comes from one of our members Michael, who has started a website called The Job Blog (www.jogblog.us) where he hopes to one day record every trail run in Texas. You will normally see him with a GoPro strapped to his chest on our weekend runs...but don't worry, you don't have to be on camera if you don't want too!

Make sure to get your Jog Blog Official T-Shirt while the fundraiser is still going on: https://www.customink.com/fundraising/jog-blog-running-club
