43rd Annual Mayfaire 5K, Lake Mirror Promenade

We have a request for photographers to shoot this annual 5K Race for the Lakeland Runners Club. I have been told this IS a PAID Event!!!

The photographer would need to submit their proposal with their fee requirements and a link to their work.

Objective from the event organizer:
Provide print ready images to tell the story of the Lakeland Runners Club and their mission to hold to the highest quality races. LRC races are the largest in the area, yet are intimate due to their interaction with awesome volunteers. Our courses showcase Lakeland. Mayfaire is fun, yet competitive and welcomes runners of all ages, sizes, colors, and paces.

These images will be used both to demonstrate how the organization meets its mission to donors and sponsors, and as in promotion for future events for both participants and volunteers.

Deliverables:Minimum of 100 photos. The images can be action shots or candid groupings. Possible locations for capturing the spirit of the Mayfaire 5k include: packet pickup, start line, finish area, volunteers, and/or locations along the course.Images that include LRC or sponsor logos on shirts or in the background are acceptable.

Images with logos from other races or 3rd party vendors will be rejected. Images should be submitted as a high quality JPG, at a minimum of 300 dpi.

Timeline:Within one week of the event, provide a link to a preview gallery. Access to all images via online storage
