Yoga means 'union' and it describes a way of life that assists with connecting more deeply with your true nature. It achieves this union through practices that benefit the physical body, the energetic body and the mind.
These sessions include physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation to assist with progressing on your spiritual path.
The emphasis of the sessions is on gentle, comfortable movements with a meditative awareness throughout the practice. It isn't necessary to be physically flexible to attend these sessions.
Each Session Includes:

• Yoga Postures
• Meditation/ Relaxation

The sessions are suitable for you whether you are new to Yoga and meditation or if you have more experience with them.

Facilitated by Tracy Friend:
Tracy is a world leading spiritual teacher and coach whose pioneering approach has touched thousands of people’s lives internationally. Her teachings benefit from extensive knowledge and experience of different spiritual paths including insight meditation, yoga, qigong, non-duality teachings and the Law of Attraction. She specialises in helping people to create the life they want in addition to awakening more deeply to their true nature.
Tracy holds a first class honours degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol with her theoretical knowledge of Psychology taking on a whole new perspective when she embarked on her life’s purpose of living and teaching spiritual upliftment. She has extensive knowledge of meditation with her having participated in over 35 residential silent meditation retreats in the UK and Asia. Tracy is a qualified yoga teacher and a qualified qigong teacher. When Tracy is not running spiritual events and coaching, she loves to travel, and to continue her life’s study of human potential and well-being.
Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Yoga Session:
I agree to the following:
It is required that you are 18 years of age or older to participate in the Yoga class.
I understand that Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I understand that I should consult a doctor before starting any exercise routine, including Yoga.
I agree that it is my responsibility to inform the Yoga teacher of any illnesses, injuries or physical limitations which may affect my ability to participate in the Yoga class. I will not perform any exercises to the extent of strain or pain.
If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort, pain or tension, gently release the exercise. At any time during the class you may rest and take a break. It is important in Yoga that you listen to your body, respect its limits and only do what feels comfortable.
I accept that the Yoga teacher is not liable for any risks, injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from participating in the Yoga class.
I have read, fully understand and voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions and I am aware that participation in the Yoga class with Tracy Friend means that I take full responsibility for my own experience, health and well-being.
