• As virtually all of creation is finished before we see any physical evidence it is very useful to regularly practice focusing positively to allow what is wanted to come into alignment.

• Focus on the feeling of what you would like to experience, by suspending your current beliefs and doing your best to imagine that you are experiencing it now, in the present moment.

• A useful technique to help you feel happier with your current life and to get more into the mode of allowing wanted things to flow into your life experience is to make a list of things that you appreciate, ideally writing around 25-50 things.

• It is particularly powerful to do the Law of Attraction techniques such as appreciation in writing rather than just in your head, as it is a stronger form of focus.
