Gleaning and Harvesting at Huntington Gardens

Join Food Forward in getting into the trees and gleaning beautiful ripened fruit in the Huntington Gardens Valencia Orange Orchard. Enjoy a scenic orchard, summer weather, great people, and doing good for the local community. 100% of the harvested fruit will be donated to local food pantries. Bring a bottle of water, close toed shoes, and some garden gloves. We'll bring ladders, boxes, and other equipment to help you. All fruit pickers must be 18 or over. Where: Huntington Gardens are located in San Marino, close to Pasadena. Right next to the parking lot is the orange grove where we'll meet. Later we can picnic and enjoy the beautiful scenery from the orange grove.
