Aims & Ethos
To create a safe ‘real world’ space for people eighteen and over, identifying as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender, to socialise in a supportive, non judgemental atmosphere.
We are NOT a therapy group so if you need more support, please check out the NHS services listed here:

‘Non-Scene’ ?
Not the accepted shallow ‘scene’ environment centred around ‘youth’ & appearance; of pubs, clubs, saunas, massage, cruising, ‘nudism/naturism’, ‘naked house parties’ & other euphemisms, ‘hooking up’ for casual sex or online ‘virtual sex’, drugs, Grindr, Facebook & other so-called ‘social’ media with its own hidden agenda.
In other words:
DON'T THINK ABOUT JOINING THIS GROUP IF YOU WANT TO MEET PEOPLE FOR CASUAL SEX
TO JOIN YOU WILL NEED:
To be at least 18 &
Living in the LIVERPOOL & WIRRAL areas
& agree to some basic guidelines.
Use a proper name
Provide a recent profile pic- full face single portrait type of YOURSELF. No nick names, logos, cartoons etc. It's necessary for identification at Meetups & must be visible at all times.
Profile information- given it’s a social group, be nice to know something about you for when we meet at a Meetup.
We're about meeting up in THE REAL WORLD: In order to stay a member, try to attend at least one Meetup per month
Please don't 'hide' any other Meetup groups you’re a member of or interests you have.. (This group will therefore show up in the other groups)
OPEN SEXUALITY- The site is by definition a public forum and we meet in public places, so if you aren't 'out', or happy to have people know about your sexuality, your privacy can’t be guaranteed.
