Our collaborating chefs are Children of the Diasporas.
They will take us on a culinary journey, as they balance their heritage with their British upbringing, learn from their elders, and form their own editions to their cultural cuisines through a four-course menu.
The dishes will enlighten guests to the relationship between two young chef ’s experiences growing up as Sierra Leonean/Liberian and Jamaican Londoners, respectively.
The menu is a complete collaboration between the chefs- sharing and comparing ingredients, techniques and traditions.
