This group provides mutual support for people diagnosed bipolar disorders. The group is run for and by people with Bipolar disorders. It's a safe place where we can get together, discuss the challenges that may arise in being diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, as well as connect with people that won't judge us for our 'ups and downs'.
