This group provides mutual support for people diagnosed bipolar and other mood disorders. The group is run for and by people with mood disorders. It's a safe place where we can get together, discuss the challenges that may arise in being diagnosed with a mood disorder, as well as connect with people that won't judge us for our 'ups and downs'.
