What we're about

We are the Metropolitan Society of Natural Historians, a 501 (c), not-for-profit volunteer-run organization based in New York City and dedicated to science education for the public benefit. Our events include tours of natural history collections and exhibits and guided nature walks in Central Park led by scientists. We also host a natural history symposium once a year, where scientists get together to discuss their research with the general public. To learn more about us, check out our website at: http://www.metropolitannaturalhistory.org/ .
