Milwaukee-based John Zeratsky is the co-creator of Google Ventures' renowned design sprint. He has helped hundreds of teams solve important problems by changing how they work. Building on the success of these sprints and his experience designing ubiquitous tech products like YouTube, he spent years experimenting with his own habits and routines, looking for ways to help individuals optimize their energy, focus, and time.

Now, with co-author Jake Knapp, he has combined the most effective tactics into a four-step daily framework—like a design sprint for your everyday life—that anyone can use to systematically design their days. In this talk, John will introduce Make Time and show how entrepreneurs and leaders can help their teams (and themselves!) make time for what really matters at the office and at home. First 40 attendees will receive a copy of his book!

Location: Cream City Labs
Time: 5:30-8pm
Food & beverages will be served!
