I got the opportunity to be featured in a photo blog that focuses on women who work in the outdoors! I'd love to share one of the things I do with you in this free yoga hike. Please note, to participate you must be willing to have your photo taken and used in marketing ie the blog.
Hike along beautiful trails and practice yoga in a scenic location. Connect to nature as you build strength, improve balance, and find ease in mind and body while taking in the fresh air.
Coyote Ridge Trail is a 4.1 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Fort Collins, Colorado that offers the chance to see wildlife and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Features a cabin about half way out.

Elevation Gain: 564 ft
Difficulty: easy
Remember to bring:
- good walking shoes
- water
- any layers you might want. (Mornings are cooler and then the weather gets hotter as the sun comes up.)
Find us: Meet by the trailhead. I'll have a multicolored REI backpack.
Logistics:
- Restrooms are available. Please bring hand sanitizer.
- Dogs are NOT allowed.
