Enter the park from Weidman Road. Make the first left and follow that back to a big parking lot on top of the hill. Look for cars parked on the trail side of the lot. FYI, portapotty is on the other side by the gazebo.
We follow the 4-mile Hawk Trail. Some do 1 loop, some 2. We start together and fall into various pace groups.
Park across the street from the entrance to the Mark Twain Athletic Center. Doors open at 7:45am. Showers and locker room available before and after the swim!

Build strength and gain flexibility that will help you with endurance and speed in the swim, bike and run. We will use dumbells, TRX, bands, med balls, stability balls, kettlebells, foam rollers, and standart weight training equipment.
Showers and towels are available!
Classes are free for Sally Drake Endurance Coaching clients, $5 for any triathlon club member, and $7 for everyone else! Cash or check.
Coach Jennifer will teach Beginner Tri Swim at RiverChase in Fenton on Tuesdays. This drill and form swim session will be geared to those newer to swimming or those working on their swim form. There will be plenty of drills as we focus on basic form. Bring your swim toys (buoy, fins, paddles) if you have them.
The Rec Center's doors open at 5:30am with class starting at 5:45am. Cost is $6 paid at the RiverChase front desk. Tell them you are there for Tri Swim class. They accept cash and debit/credit cards.
