We had so much fun Informal Running in NYC ( http://nyc.informalrunning.com/ ) that we started an upstate spin-off in the Capital Region! The Most Informal Running Club, Ever needs more fun, energetic people to bRUNch (run+brunch), trail blaze, and laugh our way through runs at any pace or distance! No fancy gear, race bibs, or ties required :)

5K at Windy Hill Orchard - East

Goold Orchards

1 mile fun run & 5k. Festivities start at 8:30am. 5K starts at 10am U-pick will be in full swing. Most varieties will be ready, warm apple cider donuts from the kitchen, fresh pressed ice cold apple cider, coffee and of course wagon rides through the orchard. There will be a bounce house, great music from a DJ, and pre-race yoga. Vent fitness, Corelife Eatery, Fort Orange Brewery and Crisp Cannoli will be on site as the special sponsors offering out specials and goodies. Sunday bRUNch-Cafe Madison's Original Location!

PLEASE NOTE: This is the original Cafe Madison location, so make sure you are headed to the right place. TMIRCE bRUNch Runs are great for first times/beginners! We will meet in the parking lot outside the Cafe and set off on an 3 to 4 mile jog and end back in the same place for brunch. We'll be running en masse (or in two masses if we have a bunch of people haha) at the pace of the slowest Informal Runner, so don't be shy! If you don't feel like running and want to socialize with us, we'll get to the restaurant approx. 10:20 am. I hope to see you there! Monday Night Track Workout!

Tracks are great places to socialize...and run I suppose. Join TMIRCE: Upstate for some laps around the track! Feel free to do your own thing and give high-fives as you run by or follow the workout of the night (including the high-fives)! Workouts change each week. Some examples of workouts we do: 1. 100m or 400m or 800m repeats 2. Ascending and descending ladders 3. Pyramids 4. Special Ks 5. Relays 6. Deck of Cards -food or drink after?? Suggestions welcome! Please don't feel intimidated! We welcome walkers and joggers of all abilities :)

Science on Tap run, Brown's

We will run for about 3 miles, at the pace of the slowest runner, so all are welcome. After the run join us for drinks and food while we enlighten our selves at the Science on tap event.
