Join us for another Thursday mid-week tempo run.

We'll start as a group at the beginning of the bike path in Watervliet, and jog an approximate 1 mile warmup south, to where we pass the large power line structures on the right. From there we will run South for exactly 18 minutes (bring your watch?), turn around and run back, trying to meet back at the start point at the same time. Go whatever pace you like, but try to keep the same pace on the way out and back so that we all finish together!

Afterwards we'll eat somewhere in Troy.
