This week: tunnel to tunnel!
We'll start as a group at the Mohawk Hudson Bikeway trailhead in Cohoes, do a leisurely warm-up to the first tunnel then take-off! Run for exactly 20 minutes (bring your watch?), turn around and run back, trying to meet back at the tunnel at the same time.
Go whatever pace you like, but try to keep the same pace on the way out and back so that we all finish together!
After that a nice easy cool down where we will discuss dinner options.
