No matter what your spiritual background or faith, you are invited to learn a simple technique that can help transform your life. Join us and others in your community to experience spiritual insights gained by singing HU—a love song to God.
Singing HU can:
• Expand your awareness
• Help you release mental and emotional stresses
• Heal a broken heart
• Offer solace during times of grief
• Help you experience divine love
We sing HU together for about 20 minutes followed by five minutes of quiet contemplation. Light refreshment and conversation follow. Please join us—your friends and family are invited, too. We hope to see you there.
