Its Back...Weekly Dinner Paddle & BBQ
Hello Friends,,,Its Back our week night BBQ and fellowship ;~) YOU: bring along anything you like to grill over an open fire, your fave meat etc., and a side to share...a chair for your comfort if needed, jack also if temp is cool... Club will provide all paper goods... Directions....Cooks Landing directions: Exit I-40 at Exit 221 go toward Nashville shores at light which is...Bell Road turn Left Drive to the Light at NEW HOPE ROAD...Turn RIGHT... follow road to end this is Stewart Ferry TURN RIGHT..go STRAIGHT toward lake...you'll see a Corp of Engineer sign for Cook's Recreation Area 1 then drive approx 1/2 miles to the Boat Ramp where we will be launching. BE sure to have LIGHTS for your kayak...2 sets, one for front and rear,,,these lights are for your safety....so other Boaters can see you from a distance, mandatory for night paddling...you can use a flashlight have two also and have Ziploc bag to keep them dry... I will have Kayak for those in need for a small donation of $15 let me know on rsvp.....YOU ARE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR KAYAK, PADDLE AND PDF's...and especially drain plug... Please...do not wait till last minutes to rsvp for kayak, call or text me asap if you're a no-show.... Standard Notice: Meetup organizers/ Hike leaders & Event Hosts are not guides. What we're about

Nashville Outdoor Adventures Club is an Outdoor and Indoor oriented social club. We are Old and New friends, here friendships are built, we are local professionals, singles, married, young and old who enjoy Middle Tennessee's many amenities.

We are kayakers and canoeists, campers, hikers, mountain bikers, cyclists, golfers, fishermen, bowlers, artists, travelers, divers, skiers, climbers, cavers, boaters, backpackers, diners, buncoers, boardgamers and hang-by-the thread-of-your-pants-ers!

We offer a variety of indoor and outdoors interests that includes free kayaking clinic for our members, plus "how to self rescue and water safety training and "everything" you'll need to know about kayaking" during warmer months. We will "ready" you for an exciting Kayaking-water adventure and beyond, we benefit from each others by our socials and networking events, laughter and fun is priceless!
