After a successful Canadian premiere at the TIFF Lightbox Bell, HERO is coming to Ottawa on April 25, 2019! An excellent film highlighting Caribbean-African solidarity during the 1950s and 1960s! About the film: Shot in Trinidad, Ghana, the UK and Canada, HERO is the story of Ulric Cross, who in 1941, left his small island home to seek his fortune, and became the RAF’s most decorated West Indian.
