Madam’s of New Orleans – Historic Walking Tour

This looks really awesome everyone. Katie, the tour guide, and I have been talking about putting together this awesome tour for everyone. Its been a while since I have had time to get around to host a singles meetup so I am really looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting some new faces. As far as tour details go:
Woven in the fabric of sex work, murder and vice are lives,
choices and reflections of humanity never looked at before. Learn about Storyville, the brothels that financed the city
and the Madam’s who ran the town. Hear their stories for
the first time!
Tour
Highlights: -
Begin the tour on the famous block of New Orleans known as “Smoky Row”

• Visit the site of the infamous Storyville – the
  quasi-legalized red light District of New Orleans for almost
  20 years!

• Find out which Madam received a Presidential
  Pardon.-

• Learn the shocking truth of the economics of prostitution, and find out just where all that money was going…

• Discover one madam’s fight for equality that went all the
  way to the Louisiana Supreme Court

• Visit Mae Bailey’s and view one of the last remaining
  documents pertaining to the “Lewd and Abandon Women” of the 1800’s - Stand outside one of the oldest continuously operating
  brothels in New Orleans history and hear of some of it’s
  surprising guests

The tour is 1.5 miles long and lasts approximately 2.5
hours.
